How to Use:
Measure:
Use half a teaspoon of matcha for 70-80ml of hot water (80c/175F not boiling).
Make a paste:
Add a small amount of hot water to the matcha powder & whisk until smooth.
Whisk:
Pour in the remaining water & whisk in a zigzag motion until a frothy layer forms.
Serve:
